No big deal about the starter -- set the compression at about 5:1 and start
it with a pull-rope like a lawnmower. =)  Except you'd need T1-style cooling
for that .. ah well.  I've actually spent more time playing with the ACVW
boat idea than the Fox idea, and for *that* (the boat) T3 cooling seems
ideal... duct the cooling air in from elsewhere.
