The usual cause of these leaks are bad hoses. The bits of hoses that are 
crimped onto the injectors are actually separately replacable, but a shop won't 
want to do that; they'll sell you whole new injectors for big bucks. If you 
still have the "worn out" injectors, they may still be fine, as long as they 
have been kept away from moisture.

I would buy them if you have them.

My guess is that the overflow hose behind the gas filler pipe is cracked (they 
ALL are) and driving during that storm loaded up your tank with enough water to 
shut you down. You probably need to drain the tank from below since the water 
will all be on the bottom. The worst part of this is that the pump has probably 
been sitting half full of water since then and will probably no longer run.

Check to hear if it runs for about 1 second when you turn the key ON.
