I have photos of the differences in the two linkages on my website 
(which is in serious need of an update).  All the differences are in 
the control rods.  The bellcrank is a common part.

The single port control rods have an off-set bend in the horizontal 
link and a longer leg on the vertical link.

The dual port control rods have a straight horizontal link and a very 
short leg on the vertical link.
