I was interested in the posting regarding the fan mounting. I am wondering about the
cap that covers the 1 13/16 bolt. . Mine is missing and I am wondering how important
it is to the operation and cooling of the motor.  Is it just a snap or spring fit in
the bolt hole? What is it made of, plastic, aluminum or ?
