Well I checked the bottom brush on the generator-it looks like it either gets a lot more wear or only the top one has been replaced. It was also a little rusty around it's connection. I cleaned it up, and put it back(Saturday-so no replacements available). Now it appears to be working, I'm getting better readings at the battery with the car running, and no generator light.
