If you're blowing fire up through the carb, you have a severe timing
problem, not a carb problem. Backfire is *very bad* for your engine, and
could cause a fire. Recheck your plug wires, they may be out of order. Check
that your distributor is properly locked into the drive dog and the rotor is
tight. Then your valves, you may have an intake too tight or stuck.
