As I get things scanned from the factory fuel manual, I put them there. 
I think the one that might interest you is the chapterK7.2 .
I have chapter 7.3 scanned, but not converted into a PDF yet. The
computer thinks that page 10 comes after page 1 and before page 2. ;+(
