I must say I'm proud of these guys at "the DDB".  About a month ago my 
boys and I stopped by Martin's for a part.  He and John were casually 
replacing the front clip of a  squareback.  They made it look easy, 
measuring, cutting, aligning, tweaking, etc.  All the while giving me a 
tour and update of projects.  To some extent they are mercenaries, but 
for a good cause.  I doubt anyone is getting rich, but I hope Toby can 
keep up with his mortgage since getting laid off...  Keep up the good 
work guys!
