My 71 Notch originally came with stock dual solex carbs (In Australia FI was not introduced until 72 I believe, or my car just missed out) and after more than a year of owning it, I still don't have the carbs adjusted perfectly and the car does take a long time to warm up (half my 9 km trip to work - in traffic it takes me 30 min to go the 9 km).
