Yes, you can even buy bushing halves which don't require pressing in, 
they are two tapered bushes that you push in from either end, and they 
get held in place with the mounting bolt. I just got some for my 
Fastback which is doing the same thing. The hardest part is getting the 
old bush out. Even though it is all perished it won't come out without 
a fight!
