Speaking as someone who's lived with both, I don't think it's at all
difficult to adapt to driving on either side of the road or either side of
the car. I think the only change I'd likely make to a right-drive car in a
left-drive country, for instance, would be to enlarge the left mirror or
something to cut down on the need to head-check to the left.
