Manual or auto?

I picked up a T3 (aftermarket, I assume from the 70's) center console
for an AT. It fits perfectly to the end of the hump and even 
has a cut-out for the shift letter plate, actually, the top
chrome cover holds the console down. Never seen another like it.

Has anyone ever seen one, or knows who made them?

I use the Plug-and-chug. Very happy with it.
