Moly grease is a good choice for parts with sliding friction. In a few years the grease will start to "dry" up. Then you can add some oil to bring it back to life. [Grease is just a mixture of oil and a thickener. As the oil separates out, it lubricates. Eventually the only thing left is the thickener, which has no lubricating value.] -- Jim Adney jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, WI 53711-3054 USA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
