Thanks all for the advice. While I have tried all the methods suggested, I'm still having a tough time with the glass. (this is on the back not the side of the square) I can get the rubber seated all the way around but when we get to the top it looks like the glass is a quarter inch too large to fit into the frame. I'll have to check to make sure the glass is fully seated in the rubber, although it was a tight fit to get on, this doesnt seem to be the issue. I think the biggest thing I need right now is patience. Thanks again all for the help.
