Why is this? I always "Reply to All" Because I figure whoever is asking
the question wants a reply as soon as possible and doesn't want to wait
to get the digest version. My 2 Cents...

Also make sure you do NOT reply to the list and the person whose message
you are using to reply from. Obviously, if the message is going to the
list then that person is going to get it. Only add the email for the
reply of the person if they ask you to.
