Nice specimen! with that mileage, its going to need a valve job if its never been done, and with the engine out now is the time. Check guide wear with a pair of slip joint pliers... if the exaust wear is twice or more than the intake (up and down wear) its time to get new exaust valves and new guides. I know of alot of engines that have swallowed valves at mileages like that. KEEP YOUR HEADS! unless thier cracked have your own heads rebuilt... they are much better than any of the aftermarkets out there... dont let them do anything but check for cracks and change the valve guides, dont have them fly-cut, it will up the compression and you dont want that with a stock engine.
