Hi Hisham,

When you say it will not start, does the starter at
least turn?  If not try to start it in N, (I think
some years can be started in both P and N, but I'm not
sure what years, anyone care to elaborate). Ron Mann's
'70 Auto Square, the car I got to drive for the cruise
at the Invasion, had to be started in N.  

To get it out of Park, pull up on the shifter and ease
it back and then back down past R into N. No key is
necessary for this, but you will need the key to
unlock the steering column.   

I like Jim A's way of freeing stuck brakes, open the
inspections holes in the drums, and using a punch and
hammer strike the metal part of the shoe till it
moves.
