I sprayed carb cleaner on all the fuel injectors/hose areas...I expected if
there was a vaccum leak that the engine woule react to the carb cleaner
being sprayed in there....right?

The only thing I can think of is to make sure all your FI hoses are solid;
not cracked or split and making a good, tight seal. Even though they're
connected doesn't mean they're not letting air slip
by...
