Maybe he's shipping it in a gold box?

Seriously, you have to remember it's shipping  _and handling_, so he is  - 
sadly - "technically" within the rules.  He's still an S.O.B. for charging 
so much and not listing the higher charge on the auction itself, but it's 
his right to do so.

Be careful giving him negative feedback; better to give neutral feedback 
and state your dissatisfaction, rather than a negative, since he hasn't 
broken any rules in eBay's eyes.
