Nice looking old car. : ) Are you sure this is a 67? It looks a little older, 
and should be 12 volt if it's a 67. Nice find though. : )

Yes, a latter pan will bolt on, but you either need to keep the rear a swing 
axle, or fab up some way of holding up the engine with IRS ( rear subframe 
doesn't have forks under it, and uses an engine hanger). You could even use the 
old hangers from your donor car, but they would have to be welded in / on. I
