I have one of these in my 63.  I pulled it from an early Euro-market 66 that
had a badly thrashed teak repp interior.  I am quite certain it is original
and I think that I decided that it was a 66 only thing.  As I recall it was
mentioned in one of the brochures but I can't seem to find it now.
