Something like you would expect in 3rd world countries. BUT, The dealers here had to take a certain number to get the rest of their allotment. Very few T-3's came in this way. Quite a few T-1's did tho. I think at this point what Duane needs to do at this point, is get the actual numbers off the block and then we can figure out what engine he has from there. That fan shroud could be from a different car.
