The rear bump stops on my CV Type 3s are exactly the same as used on a Super
Beetle rear
suspension.  You should be able to get them from a VW parts specialist, unless
it's something that's different on a Type 34.

If the mushroom top is missing too, you can fabricate a similar thing from a M12
bolt, some washers, nuts and body filler.
