I'll check all that next time I'm at the car... I got as far as pulling out the brain and removing the plug. I did smell that "burnt silicon" smell that, being in computers, I have smelled on occasion. It wasn't terribly strong, but it was there. Do they all smell like this or does this possibly signal something wrong with the brain? I would hook up my FI tester box, but I don't want to do that until I get this fuel pump situation straightened out. Also, does the brain box itself need to be grounded or can I do this checking with the box laying in the engine compartment? > I don't think that ring lug was really all that bad. > Yes, it was ugly, but it > looked to me like it was still adequate. Until recently, the FI system seemed to be working. With all the checking I have done recently though, I have loosened/tightened the positive battery connection quite a bit. I'm sure that didn't help it. ===== __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
