Yes...I hear the relay click and the fuel pump come on for a second. Then clicks it back off. This was established in the old email and the reason for leaving it tacked on. So the fuel pump is atleast making a noise. No, I have never head any tiny clicks when in the engine compartment. In times past when it would start, it seemed to be a little hard starting. It did seem that if I disconnected the air cleaner and held my hand over the intake on the airbox(?) like choking a regular carb, it would start a little better.
