[T3] The Notch, the oil pressure, and a sinking feeling...

Well, another 600 highway miles on the Berg 1679 in the Notch and #1 exaust
is down to no clearance again... and #2 is down to .003!! the left head is
fine but Ive lost my warm N fuzzy with this motor... looks like Ive got a
bad head!! I still need to do a compression test on that cylinder and see
where its at now...

Im getting all my numbers togeather then calling thier tech line, lets see
if all the $$ I spent gets me that service I expect when something goes
wrong! Problem is... I wont have any time to remove the engine till at
least next summer.

Oil Pressure on the highway is much better with the Bosch filter than the
Fram. 39 PSI at speed on an 80 degree day... with 10W30 is just about where
Id expect it. HOWEVER, when I come to a stop its down to 5PSI or so... I
should see around 12 so im still concerned that the full flow system is
putting too much of a restriction on the oil pump. This is sufficent for
now but as the engine wears and ages..

ANyone have a full flow system on a higher mileage motor? Like 80K or
more??
