Thats because its the CORRECT MPH original 1965 speedo!! These 100MPH speedos were correct units that were sold with the car new in MPH markets with dual carbs. A great number of the grey market cars found in the US have had the original KPH speedos changed out with the readily avail late grey market gauges that have the dashes and not all the speeds in 10MPH incriments. These are hard to find! My Notch and eggcrate have them, I know with the Notch that it was installed when the car was one month old (from production date) when the car was readied for shipment to the US (probably for a military serviceman).
