<x-flowed>Ok, now I figured it out. It turned out that the fuses had pretty bad 
connections, so I removed all the fuses and cleaned with a wire brush on 
the Dremel. I also put in some new fuses (only had 4 new laying around), 
and cleaned the tips of a few old fuses with the Dremel, so now the turn 
signals work, and also got light in the warning lamp for the heated rear 
window, and the horn sounds again. Now I only need to replace the 
connectors on the high/low headlight relay and the electrics are good to 
go!
