I inadvertantly diverted this thread to personal email, so I'm trying to get it back on list again. On 9 Oct 2003 at 23:30, Mark Healey wrote: > There is one sensor that isn't mentioned in Muir. What is it? It's the temp switch for the cold start valve. You could just unplug the electrical connector from the cold start valve to see if this helped. You could use a Bentley manual. I like the Muir for its sense of humor, but the Bentley is much better if you're really want the correct information for a type 3. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
