Congratulations on your new AT/FI. Although I have only a minimal amount of experience [7 months to be exact] with the AT/FI, I will say that after just purchasing and driving my new 1967 Manual/Carb Squareback, I am glad that I made the change. The only thing that I will miss about my automatic is the extreme "get up and go." My new one seems to be a bit slower on the take off. The thing that I will not miss is the potential cost to repair both the AT transmission and FI once it finally decided to give out, as I am not mechanically inclined. So my advice to you is to try it and form an opinion for yourself. Oh and if you are in need of a Bentley Manual, I have a brand new one that I will sell to you. Have fun!
