<x-flowed>Do you have Sears across the pond. Bob Vila, the home improvement guy, 
does commercials for Sears selling bolt remover tools. These work great 
for your situation. If you can't get that try drilling a hole in the 
head and use a good quality screw extractor. If you can't drill it and 
can't get the tools, sell the car and don't do this to your next car
