I did try to shake the housing but it didn't move. When the bolts were loose
on my Fastback the whole thing moved, and all the bolts were loose. Perhaps
there is only a single bolt loose or something? I did try fishing round with
a wire but I couldn't pick up anything. I might try sticking a magnet down
the generator vent hole and see if I can get anything up through there,
before I have to pull the whole thing to pieces.

This looks even harder to take the fan housing off than my Fastback because
of that rear mount that is in the way.
