Are you crazy? Why are you thinking about buying that?! Got money to burn?! ;-) I have no experience with their mat, but I have purchased several things from them in the past. I've been very happy with the stuff I've bought, their communication, and especially their packaging. It seems that they get a bad rap, but I've been happy. And, I know it seems silly, but they always do something extra. I just got a package from them yesterday, and they sent me a really nice ISP sticker. I'm a sucker for swag... They sent me a cool xmas card last year with a production photo of a Squareback thanking me for my purchases. I know, I know, it was a simple xmas card. But, has Gene Berg ever sent one to me?? Ever? Hell no! Oh, wait, I've never bought anything from Berg... D'oh! ;-) Slightly related: I noticed on their site that they have several "unrestored" cars for sale. One of which was a '66 Squareback. I think it was as-is for $1500, completely disassembled. Next to the discription, it stated that they would sell it fully "restored" for a mere $18K... I gotta start restoring Type 3's. I would sell them for only $16,995...
