RE: [T3] Widest possible tires

<x-flowed>What is the offset of the wheels that you are running? Everyone says to watch the offsets, but what is the offset of some these examples of successful application of larger aftermarket wheels?

Sorry so late, but I am trying to catch up with the digests.
I am running Porsche Boxster 16x7 at all four corners. These were rear wheels only on a Boxster. They are 50mm offset if I remember correctly. I have 195/50/16 on front and I rub a little on inner fender at full lock. I have 205/50/16 in rear with no problems, but I shaved a little off the bump stop reciever for my own piece of mind. My car is lowered, there are no wheel spacers, and there has been no suspension narrowing. All I did was change the lug pattern on the front discs, and order rear disc brake kit with Porsche pattern.

and look in The Purple Passion folder.

And NO pinkghiagirl is not a girlfriend. It is a friend in another VW club in another city!
