I wish they'd keep things like this consistant, as some of the > other listings are in engine speed Yes, you have to double BOTH the rpm AND the advance degrees if you want to talk in terms of the crank. The 311L dist gives almost 30 deg from the mech adv alone. That's why I like it, but that's also why you have to be careful when you use it with carbs.
