[T3] Gas tank questions

<x-flowed>As some of you know , i just bought all the parts to convert my friend 
[brook's] squareback to RHD...As we were discussing the conversion and what 
work is involved we came to the gas tank.
I fliped over a spare tank to get a look at it...and for the tank to clear 
the new steering column we need to split the gas tank at the seam rotate the 
bottom and re-weld it.

What type of shop would you think could do this ?
Thoughts ? Ideas?
