When I run the engine I am > getting fuel leaking out from both sides around the injectors. I can't see > exactly where it's leaking but I'm assuming it's one of the following: > > 1. Leaking where the hoses meet the injector (more likely?) I don't know what your leak is but I came across these really excellent hose clamps recently that might help: http://rswww.com/cgi-bin/bv/browse/Module.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@1019736250.10 47323902@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccchadchkffkgjdcfngcfkmdgkldfhk.0&3224776754=322477 6754&catoid=-103121911 Long link, and I'm not sure if it'll work cos the RS web site works in a funny way- if it doesn't, go to "rswww.com" and search for "unex". They are a bit pricey but are stainless and brass so will last forever and the way they work is unique- they thread through themselves so the inner surface is a perfect circle and clamps the hose evenly, and they are kind of double geared- you have to be carefull not to overtighten them as they can go really tight with low torque on the tightening screw- light hand tight is usually enough. Hope they help! Mark Seaton '73 Fasty, London ------------------------------------------------------------------- List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
