You have a broken torsion bar and someone has incorrectly set the safety
finger so the arm has pulled out.

Not all that hard to replace IF the broken end isnt rusted in place and they
often are.  If it didnt break from rust it likely broke because the rubber
stops are missing and it was consistantly streached beyond its normal throw.

Beyond that, the portion of the torsion arm that goes into the front axle
beam for the lower right arm, is sticking out and exposed maybe 2"--would
this be the result of a massive negative camber?  Could I possibly fix this
by adjusting the camber normally, or would such a drastic change mean
something controlling the camber has been busted or!
