ChrisV=> the portion of the torsion arm that => goes into the front axle beam for the lower => right arm, is sticking out and exposed maybe 2" It sounds to me like your right torsion bar has come out of its inner socket. This means in effect that you have no suspension on the right side, that the right wheel is being (lightly) held down by the anti-sway bar, and you've got one torsion bar (left) doing the work of two. You'll want to get some stands under that beam and, yes, go over the whole assembly. If one part this important is this loose, others are too, and your life will depend on having it right. This is a lot more than a camber adjustment. The shoulder of the torsion arm *must* be tight against the beam. Look over the suspension details in your manual, and you should see how this all holds together. The tricky bit will be putting it back accurately. A possible upside is that if you intended to change the ride height in front, you've got a start on that procedure.
