I am a little concerned about my idle speed.  A few days ago, my engine idle
speed was about 800 RPM.  Now over the course of a couple days, it has crept
up to where it is idling at about 2000+ RPM.  It is a 1600 with dual carbs
in a dune buggy.  What should I be looking at?  I wiggled the linkage, and
it does not seem to be the throttle sticking.
