Always has been. there is no actual flow difference between the black and the yellow injectors. They just improved them, and got the injector plunger tip protected on the yellow injectors. I think the change in the pressure just came about, because after 2 years of the injection system being in service, they figured out that 30 psi worked better. That is what the field mechanics were setting them to to make the customer happy. BTW, my '71 is running 34 psi and runs great, but I haven't checked the emissions. -- Russ Wolfe '66 FB MT '71 FB AT '65 Bug (not running) russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
