On cars this old it's really hard to say. If the car's been well maintained 
then most things will be fine. On a FI car, I'd recommend carrying some 5/16" 
fuel hose, unless you just replaced ALL the hoses.

I've often carried stashes of parts, only to find that I needed something else. 
I guess the BEST thing to take along is a jack and tools.
