That's a steering knuckle for a late Type 3 caliper with 3" hole spacing. Are you sure it's not the later caliper - that has slightly larger pads and 3"centres. I can't think anything other than a Type 3 has the ball-joint bits the same. Just get the earlier left-hand knuckle plus caliper from a '66 to '71 and it should match, even if it only has one bleed screw (must be at the top if so!). Your 73 Squareback should have the later (3" centres) brakes anyway - is this the car we're talking about? If not, can you use the appropriate part off that? Dave.
