I don't have much knowledge on this just an experience and opionion. My old fastback had the type of insert the gets screwed onto the spark plug then into the hole, is this a Time-sert? This worked very well for the year that I owned the car. It always remained tight and could be easily replace whenever the plugs were changed. Also, IIRC, to do the Heli correctly you have to remove the engine and drill out the hole and insert the coil.
