I'm currently using 3/8" ID hose on my Square and on my Notch. It does seem
to make a difference, as my Roadster is using 1/4"ID, and its been giving me
tuning fits (trying to be a pain) but I do plan on replacing it in the future.

Me too. As it would seem that the larger the ID the better the signal between
them. I mean, I can tell the difference between the smaller ID and the larger
ID, and the larger is definitly easier to tune. I hope this helps.
