It's a simple shape, so I'd think it would be relatively simple to bend one out 
of the right diameter brake or fuel steel tube. Then just add short pieces of 
rubber hose at each end to make the final connection.

OTOH, I may have one of those at home, too. Available for sale. What diameter 
do you need? I think mine came with the dual port manifolds I have, so it 
should be the late, smaller diameter.
