I've done so few of these that I don't remember for sure, but this sounds 
correct.

The bolts for the fixed ends of the lower bars are M10 x 18 bolts. I probably 
have a couple if you need them. The washers are just M10 wavy washers.

Now that you mention it, I think the UR "setscrew" SHOULD actually be a bolt 
and locknut. See Bentley chapter 7, figs. 8-1, 8-2, & 8-3.

The bolt in the UR end of the sway bar is an M8 x 20 bolt and it also needs 
some kind of lockplate. You can probably make one from a flat washer, or a 5/16 
fender washer, or I can make up something.

While you have everything apart, one thing to make sure to check is the dimple 
for the set screw for the UL trailing arm in the L end of the sway bar. It 
should be a simple dimple. If it has been loose, then it may have worn into a 
groove. This can be fixed by turning it over and drilling a replacement dimple 
in the other side. If you have to do this make sure you put it in the right 
place!
