as far as octane values are concerned, keep in mind that different 
countries use different methods to determine octance content. as a 
european moving to the US i was shocked at first when i went to a gas 
station. they are advertising 87 octane as regular and 91-93 as premium 
(what is this? the third world?). in germany 91 is regular and premium 
goes up to 98. the difference is mainly due to measuring technique, 
though.
