You should just measure what you have and go to the hardware store and get something with similar ID and OD. It just needs to be able to fit inside the metal tube at the bottom while still having enough stretch to be forced over the tube at the top. I've never had to buy such hose, but I don't think it would be hard. I kind of like the idea of being able to replace it with clear plastic tubing that I could see thru to inspect.
