I couldn't find it in the Bentley either, but I know it's in ONE of my books 
somewhere. It's always amazing what slips by in the manuals that we just never 
notice.

I've never even held one. There was one on ebay a while back and I tried to buy 
it, but one of you guys wanted it more than I did. I've always eyeballed it and 
found that to be quite easy to be accurate about.
